Should you really drink your own pee? That is a choice you will need to make on your own. We often see books, movies and magazine articles claiming to give some "secret" to wealth, happiness or health, but these often leave us "wanting" for more. It is the strong opinion of the authors of this site that to drink your own urine and using it topically on your skin is truly one of the lost secrets of the ancients.
We often feel that in the modern times that the ancient world can teach us nothing. Yet for 95% of us, we follow the ancient texts of our particular religious faiths or spiritual practices.
We continue to look at things like the Egyptian pyramids and wonder just how did they move stones that even our strongest cranes of today are not capable of moving. He then ordered to cut their hands and feet (and it was done), and their eyes were branded with heated pieces of iron, They were put in 'Al-Harra' and when they asked for water, no water was given to them." Abu Qilaba said, "Those people committed theft and murder, became infidels after embracing Islam and fought against Allah and His Apostle . For almost the entire course of the 20th century, unknown to the public, doctors and medical researchers have been proving in both laboratory and clinical testing that our own urine is an enormous source of vital nutrients, vitamins, hormones, enzymes and critical antibodies that cannot be duplicated or derived from any other source. Camel’s urine contains a number of healing factors such as antibiotics (bacteria that are present in it, salts and urea). It may also be used to treat blood clots and fibrinolytics may be derived from it, and it may be used to treat dropsy (which is caused by a deficiency in albumen and potassium, as camel’s urine is rich in both). Dr. Rahmah al-‘Ulyaani, who is also from Saudi Arabia, carried out tests on rabbits infected with bacteria in the colon. She treated each group of rabbits with a different kind of medicine, including camel’s urine. There was a noticeable regression in the rabbits that were treated with other medicines, except for camel’s urine, which brought about a clear improvement.

Hemant Paliwal, 36, and his friends have been drinking cow pee religiously for past four years and also claim it has kept them disease free for years. They also apply it on their faces and hands twice a day-to make them soft and acne free and on the weekends even bathe in the pee collected from 30 cows.
"Cow urine offers a cure for around 70 to 80 incurable diseases like diabetes," Om Prakash, of the RSS Cow Protection Department, told Reuters. "All are curable by cow urine.”

This story officially couldn’t get much better. While it is true that cow piss has seen therapeutic usage in Ayurvedic medicine in India for at least 5,000 years, adding bubbles to the mix is some next-level shit. In Theravada Buddhism, menstruation is viewed as "a natural physical excretion that women have to go through on a monthly basis, nothing more or less".

I couldn't find anything much on Taoism other than it says a woman loses much vitality during her menstruation and that she should endeavour her best to control it, presumably by Taoist exercises(?). How, what?
As Confucianism is more of the practice of exemplary social order through rites and protocols including proper decorum, respect to elders (daulat tuanku) and society, charity and benevolence, etc, rather than a religion of belief in the divine per se (Confucius was the bloke who advised "Revere the gods but keep them at a distance"), I doubt whether it has any taboos on menstruation and I have to say I haven't heard of any.
However, it is also known that non-Christian non-Muslim Chinese women were reluctant to visit temples during their 'monthly', though their observation didn't seem to be based on any Taoist or Buddhist practice but is simply because of Chinese folklore beliefs.
In the final analysis, we know that every normal human being was born bathed in menstrual blood, except of course those descended from slugs or had emerged from beneath a stone, ?????
The Olympic swimmer Fu Yuanhui made waves last week with her candid comment in a post-race interview that she was on her period. She was lauded in the western press for breaking taboos on periods and pushing the feminist agenda, and Melinda Gates even tweeted her thanks to Fu for “using your voice to challenge taboos about menstruation”.

You have probably read the news of the ‘appearance’ of the Virgin Mary at the Sime Darby Medical Centre in Subang Jaya a few days ago. I find it quite amusing that Christians all over the world have ‘seen’ Jesus Christ and/or his mother ‘appear’ from time to time.
Actually, until about 500-600 years ago, Christians had no notion of what Jesus or Mary looked like. Then, during the Early Renaissance period in France from 1385-1520 and the High Renaissance period in Italy from 1475-1525, Christians began to visualise what they could not visualise before that.
The people who can be attributed (or blamed) for this would be the Renaissance painters such as Leonardo di ser Piero da Vinci, Michelangelo di Lodovico Buonarroti Simoni, Hieronymus Bosch, Jacobus de Voragine, etc. (about 70-80 in all from all over Europe).
Some of their famous paintings are The Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci, Lamentation of Christ by Mantegna, Sistine Chapel ceiling by Michelangelo, The Descent from the Cross by Rogier van der Weyden, Flagellation of Christ by Piero della Francesca, Isenheim Altarpiece by Matthias Grünewald, Melun Diptych (Virgin and Child Surrounded by Angels) by Jean Fouquet, and so on.
Basically, these painters of 500-600 years ago gave Christendom a visualisation of what God, Jesus, Mary, Satan, the Angels, etc., looked like. Before that there was no visualisation of what could be considered ‘divine beings’.
What we ‘see’ today, therefore, are the creation of painters of 500-600 years ago who had a fertile mind and an unbridled imagination. They imagined all this in their brain and then transferred their thoughts to canvas and/or walls and ceilings.
Today, what we ‘see’ is what those people of 500-600 years ago ‘saw’. But did they actually see all this or was this merely a figment of their imagination?
I suppose my ‘image’ of Satan (picture below), King Arthur, Merlin the Magician, Robin Hood, etc., would be as accurate as those Renaissance painters of 500-600 years ago.

(The Star) – An image of what seems to be the Blessed Virgin Mary on a window at the Sime Darby Medical Centre (SDMC) here is drawing crowds.
A large group of people, mostly Catholics, gathered below the area at the new wing of the hospital yesterday, lighting candles, singing hymns and reciting prayers.
Traffic was heavy around the vicinity, with even tourist buses pulling up by the roadside.
Secretary Janet Tong, 45, described the apparition as “amazing”.
“It is so wonderful that our Mother has come to us in a hospital, where many of the sick are crying out for her help,” she said.
Several claimed the colour and position of the image also changed.
Businessman Sheree Rao, 21, who went up inside to get a close look at the window, said the image was only visible from the outside.
“I touched the glass, thinking it could be paint or something else. But there was nothing,’’ he added.
Student Nicole Jo Pereira, 20, said she believed the image was a call for people to do good deeds.
Teacher Kenneth Fong, 27, said he was sure of an image on the window. “But whether it’s from God, I don’t know.”
Photographs of the image, believed to have appeared several days ago, have gone viral on Facebook.
Access to the window from inside the building has been restricted by the hospital.
A hospital official declined to comment on the matter.
Catholic newsletter The Herald editor Rev Father Lawrence Andrew said the Catholic Church would withhold official comment until the image had been tested and verified by theologians and church authorities.
Catholics believe that Mary, as mother of Jesus Christ, is the Mother of God.

The scene of Jesus bleeding on the cross is a moment frozen in time that affects everything in the universe (Col 1:13-20). As the last drops of His life were draining out Jesus cried out, “It is finished”. The work was finished. We are saved by God’s work and our faith. If you can receive this teaching of Jesus, and then put it into practice, your life will be dramatically changed. Spiritually feeding on Jesus body and drinking His blood will fill you with His very life, because the life is in the blood, (Deuteronomy 2:23). Then Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in you. “Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. “For My flesh is food indeed, and My blood is drink indeed. “He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me, and I in him. “As the living Father sent Me, and I live because of the Father, so he who feeds on Me will live because of Me. (John 6:53-57) Food gives us nourishment, strength, and satisfaction. Jesus is our spiritual source of nourishment, strength, and satisfaction.

Belief System
Albert Einstein was enjoying tea with his fellow professors. He was smiling while lighting his pipe, a fellow professor asked, “Why are you smiling? Einstein replies “I wonder if God has any choice when he created the universe?
When one thinks about this story, it would appear as if Einstein having consumed too much cakes and tea gave a silent fart which is why he smiled probably with embarrassment. He probably was also thinking about the creation of the universe as academics often discuss these questions over tea. It is then likely that Einstein associated God with himself and with his well known fertile mind, thought if God did not create the universe (without any choice in the matter) with a tremendous big fart called the Big Bang and that since it occurred in the vacuum of space there was no sound energy generated and was just as silent as Einstein’s own fart.
Faith cannot be questioned while belief systems being built up of sets of beliefs over time and which have logic of their own can. As such belief system changes over time.
Having said that, it is not as if belief systems can be questioned any which way. Being built up over time, a belief system can in a way become a way of life. It can be as intimate as one’s own family. So if you insult one aspect of a belief system it can be treated like you are insulting one’s mother. So how would you feel if someone called your mother false or insulted your wife as simple and easy or your children as bastards? If the belief system is intimate enough to a person, the same feelings of wrath and anger can be triggered as if you were insulting his family.
So now, there is a need to treat belief systems different from a simple argument over economics, for example. Arguments over belief systems need to be treated with much greater mutual respect. To discuss belief systems, there is a need for long term engagement and exchange of opinions and ideas. Not just that, there is also an even more urgent need to show sincerity with good deeds, integrity and decent actions.
When one talks about belief systems, one talks about communities which hold on to these belief systems. In a community, there will be good people and bad people. Those who are positive will think that there are more good people than bad people. This is part of the belief system of the positivists. For the negative they will think that there are more evil people in a bad world that is full of shit as it is just some kind of place term as Shit Hole!!! Well that is negativity.
Unfortunately when people argue about belief systems in a stupid way especially when they shout insults from across oceans through the internet, both good and bad people on the other side are insulted. As such, should ONE be involved or should ONE just be quiet about it? For god had been quiet ever since... Well, anyway the question to ask is, do you belief that drinking the pee of camel, cow, horse, mankind etc a good prescription towards longevity?
