The religions of Abraham are about domination. You must submit yourself to God and if you do not you must be punished. And the punishment is normally death.
Democracy, human rights, civil liberties, secularism, and so on, do not exist. Only God’s will exists. And those who resist the will of God do not deserve to live.
In Arabic, the word “Islam” means submission or surrender. To submit to the faith in which liberalism can only co-exist with Islam if it is willing to submit to an Islamic system, as the ideology is a malleable man-made system compared to a religion that is bestowed by God.
“Liberalism can live hand-in-hand with faith, only if it’s willing to live under an Islamic system,” “If liberalism tries to redefine or reform Islam following the demands of liberal basis, that maybe can never be accepted by Islam.”
Son of God? Son Of Man? A self sacrifice for the Love of its Creations...
The first hurdle for many people in considering such revolutionary notions is the ageold assertion that Jesus Christ was the “Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world” (John 1:29), for in the mind of the Trinitarian, this verse can have no relevance other than to that of the doctrine of atonement. Unitarians, however, conceive Jesus to have lived a life of sacrifice in order to bear a purifying teaching which, if adopted,
would put humankind on the path of God’s design.
"Oh monk, it's because on one arm there are two bracelets, while on the other there is only one.
Where there are two, it's the second that clangs against the first and makes noise. The arm with only one bracelet remains silent. So if you would be happy, you must learn to be contented when alone."
While he was in Palace, he was a prince with all the riches, fulfilment and a wife and son too. Everything one usually aspires for, he had but he was not satisfied. He was supposed to inherit a Kingdom and could have lived a life full of all blessings. Stories recount how he came across a sick man, an old man, a death, etc. Everyone of us face all this from childhood to old age but we don't get disillusioned.
Buddha has been criticised for abandoning his basic responsibilities which according to religious thought are essential duties of every one. There are other schools of thought which rightly speak against escapism and renunciation. But Buddha became an exception because he attained Buddha hood. So many of people rather than criticising him adopted his teachings and way of life.
It's always like this - you venture into unknown, you make your way and if you survive and come out successful out of maze, you are appreciated and adored but if you vanish or fail people scorn at you.
The only lesson we learn - follow your dreams passionately with all your heart, mind, soul and body whatsoever. And if you come out you are an achiever.
Seven of my goats for one of your cows! Fifty of my chickens for one of your goats! Money has become worthless! That’s how it used to be until some smart alec replaced the system with paper money.
By faith Abel offered God a better sacrifice than Cain did. By faith he was commended as a righteous man, when God spoke well of his offerings. And by faith he still speaks, even though he is dead. (Hebrews 11:4)
Some say that Abel and Cain offered a gift offering (Hebrew: מִנְחָה minḥâ) in contrast to a blood sacrifice associated with atonement. This argument is based on the common usage of minḥâ with grain or non-blood offerings.
A careful analysis of the passage yields no other solid interpretation except that God told them exactly what to do. Abel obeyed and God was pleased. Cain did his own thing and God was displeased.
in the Hebrew Bible, God wanted an animal sacrifice such as was offered by Abel, and rejected the vegetable sacrifice of Cain. Both Abel and Cain attempted to offer a sacrifice to God. Abel owned livestock, while Cain owned crops. Abel chose one of his best sheep and sacrificed it to God. Meanwhile, Cain chose his worst and spoiled crops and offered them to God. Each brought his sacrifice to a mountain. The sign of acceptance of the sacrifice was that a fire would come and burn it. The fire indeed came, ate up Abel’s offering, and left Cain’s. This made Cain envious of his brother, and he vowed to kill him.
Gods live on Mount Kinabalu and that if you climb Mount Kinabalu you must do so with decorum and if you do not then the gods will get angry and will cause an earthquake that will kill people — even though those killed were not the same people who striped naked.
Searching, Seek & Destroy!!!
How often do we hear Muslims talk about ‘sacrifice’ and ‘jihad’? These two words are probably the most used words alongside the words ‘akidah’ and ‘tawhid’.
Sacrifice and jihad come together. They cannot be separated. They are like Siamese twins where two bodies share one internal organ. It is not about about the jihad of fighting the Russian army in Afghanistan. That is the Small Jihad. It is the Greater Jihad; the Great War. That is about the war you wage against yourself.
Jihad is the war you wage against temptation, lust, jealousy, greed, envy, vanity and egoism — just to mention but seven of the many ills afflicting humankind. “Get thee behind me Satan,” say the Christians. And Muslims too believe that Satan has made a deal with God to tempt humankind and lead him astray. The Christians and Muslims actually believe the same thing in many things.
When we talk about lust it is not just about sexual lust. Lust for power and wealth are in fact more dangerous than sexual lust. When you lust for power and wealth you will stop at nothing to get them and this is what makes humankind most immoral. When you are envious about the success of others and you too want the power and wealth that others have this too makes you immoral. When you are vain and have a huge ego and think that you too deserve power and wealth the immoral streak in you takes over. Can you see how temptation, lust, jealousy, greed, envy, vanity and egoism come as a package? Normally, when have one, then you have all seven. And the Greater Jihad is the fight against the ‘seven deadly sins’? These seven are all within us. It is something that lurks in our hearts.
The need to sacrifice, which is a blessing from God, is not only a matter of faith but also in our tasks undertaken. ‘sacrifice’ is more than just about slaughtering a poor cow and eating its meat afterwards. It is bigger than that. Sacrifice is about embarking on the Greater Jihad to shut out the feelings of temptation, lust, jealousy, greed, envy, vanity and egoism. If you can’t do this then you have sacrificed nothing, other than an unfortunate cow.
Al-jihad fi sabil Allah translates to struggle in the way of Allah. This has been clearly stipulated in Surah at-Tawbahverse 60 of the Qur’an. There is no dispute or compromise on this matter. This is mandatory for all Muslims, especially during the month of Ramadhan when Muslims are supposed to embark upon a war on themselves — not that they must not do so all year round.
Ramadhan is the month when you ‘declare war’ (jihad) on yourself, so to speak. You not only fight against thirst and hunger (from dawn to dusk), you also fight against all sorts of temptations that you are faced with. Christians would probably understand this concept very well, the fight against the Cardinal Sins — wrath, greed, sloth (laziness or apathy), pride, lust, envy, and gluttony.
Hence, Ramadhan is not only about abstaining from food and drink. It is also about fighting against anger, lust, greed, envy, pride, jealousy, etc. And lust has a wider meaning than just sex. Lust for comfort, wealth, power, position, recognition, etc., are also included.
To say that money, sex and power are what motivates a person. Money, sex and power are very personal agendas. It is what you want for yourself. To place money, sex and power as your motivating factors would show you are only thinking about your personal needs. You have no other interest other than money, sex and power. God, the community, the country, etc., are not included in your agenda.
Doing what is forbidden is fasiq. Declaring what is haram as halal is kufur. And kufur is where the word kafir or infidel comes from. Hence ‘bad’ Muslims would still agree that they are bad Muslims for doing what is forbidden but they will never say that what they are doing is right. That would change fasiq to kufur.
Self Sacrifice
One of the most essential moral values that will lead people to true goodness is “self-sacrifice.” Self-sacrifice is to be able to withdraw from the things that a person owns, loves, and prizes without thinking and with open arms. It is to be able to face up to every hardship and trouble for the people one loves and for the values one cherishes, and to find the determination and willpower to do the most one can do under difficult circumstances. However, the inner self as created is inclined to various bad moral values such as self-interest and egoism. If one does not educate his inner self, these selfish desires will come to dominate the person’s whole morality. Such a person generally and mostly thinks about himself more than others. He wants the best, the most beautiful and the most perfect of everything all the time. When he faces a hardship, he expects the people around him to face every sort of risk and trouble for him; and support him even if this means sacrificing their own interests. Inwardly, he wants to protect his own desires and interests, and to ensure his own comfort and benefit. Otherwise, (in the name of protecting his own interests and to prevent causing any harm to himself) he could easily be prepared to sacrifice many of the things he most cherishes. Allah reveals this sickly feeling of selfishness that exists in man’s inner self in the Qur'an:
"Truly man was created headstrong –desperate when bad things happen, begrudging when good things come –" (Surat Al-Ma‘arij, 19–21)
The Muslim ritual of sacrifice and celebration of Eid al-adha has its roots in the story of Abraham and Ishmael (Or Isaac according to the Bible).
The story goes that it was revealed to Abraham in the form of a dream that God had commanded him to sacrifice his son as a test to his faith. Ishmael was much loved by Abraham and the revelation troubled him so. Nevertheless, it was a command from God Almighty, and Abraham made up his mind to carry out the deed.
Abraham relayed the revelation to Ishmael, and he willing agrees; “Oh my father, do as you are commanded.” (The Bible has it that Isaac was tied-up hence the story is known as the Binding of Isaac).
Abraham had proved his unwavering faith and so the sacrifice was stopped short by God’s angel and a ram was presented in place of Ishmael.
Sacrifice your Beloved Son for the Love of God!!!
For the Muslims, Abraham was a central religious figure. He is the epitome of unwavering faith – his faith in God is first and foremost and he never questioned God’s commands even as difficult and testing as they may sound.
“Surely Abraham was an example, obedient to Allah, by nature upright, and he was not of the polytheists. He was grateful for Our bounties. We chose him and guided him unto a right path. We gave him good in this world, and in the next he will most surely be among the righteous.” (Qur’an 16:120-121)
The act of a father’s willingness to sacrifice his own son for his love of God is commemorated during Eid al-Adha, the festival of sacrifice, at the end of the Muslim pilgrimage every year.
Muslims around the world sacrifice cattle, goat, sheep or camel and share the meat with family and friends, and donating the rest to the poor and hungry.
If Abraham had lived in the 21st century, he would have been arrested for attempted murder. He would not have been regarded as pious but schizophrenic. Times have changed since then and we would think the man is of unsound mind if he says he killed his son because God told him so.
Jesus looked at him and loved him. “One thing you lack,” he said. “Go, sell everything you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.”
At this the man’s face fell. He went away sad, because he had great wealth.
Jesus looked around and said to his disciples, “How hard it is for the rich to enter the kingdom of God!” (Mark 10:21-23)
Siddhartha's mind was made up: he would leave his life of luxury and search for truth. Knowing he would not receive consent, that very night as everyone lay sleeping, he bid a silent farewell to his wife and son. He mounted his horse and set out for the forest in the far reaches of the land where the holy men gather. When he arrived, he cut his long hair and donned the robe of an ascetic, a man of solitude searching for wisdom. Now, at the age of twenty-nine, his journey had begun.
Prince Siddhartha spent the next six years in the forest. He studied with the most famous sages, but still he did not find an end to suffering. He joined a group of men who believed enlightenment could be found by denying the body nourishment and sleep, thereby mastering pain. For years the prince ate and slept very little. He grew as thin as a skeleton, and though the rain and sun beat down on him, he did not waver from his practices.
Finally, he realized that he was getting nowhere. Though he had neglected his bodily needs, he had not found an end to suffering. Thus, when a young woman came to him offering food, he accepted. Now that he was nourished he sat in meditation under a bodhi tree in the town of Bodhgaya. He sat down and vowed, come what may, he would not move until he found an end to sorrow. Although demons tempted him with images of his past and evil spirits brought nightmares upon him, the prince was centered on his goal.
Finally, under the Tree of Enlightenment, Siddhartha became Buddha, the Enlightened One. He went on to become a great world teacher, as Asita had prophesied, and from his teachings, Buddhism was born.
Where ONE equals or relate to Infinity
Paganism is a term first used in the 4th century, by the early Christian community, for populations of the Roman world who worshipped many deities, either because they were increasingly rural and provincial relative to the Christian population or because they were not milites Christi (soldiers of Christ).
Most Christmas customs are, in fact, based on old pagan festivals, the Roman Saturnalia and the Scandinavian and Teutonic Yule. Christians adopted these during the earliest period of Church history. The Church, however, has given this recognition and incorporates it into the Church year without too many misgivings. Only the more radical fundamentalist elements in some churches protest from time to time about this mixing of 'pagan' elements into the religion.”"The Phenomenon Of Religion: A Thematic Approach"
Abdullah is a name in Arabic meaning “servant of God”. Abdullah was born before Prophet Muhammad was born since the father has to be born before the son can be born. In fact, Abdullah died before Muhammad was born and that was why the Prophet was raised by his grandfather, Muttalib, and later, when Muttalib died eight years later, by his uncle, Abu Talib.
Now, what does this tell you? Muhammad received his prophet-hood and was ‘converted’ to Islam long after Abdullah, the Servant of Allah, died. But Abdullah was not a Muslim. Abdullah was a Pagan. So, if Muhammad’s ‘Pagan’ father was named the Servant of Allah, that means Allah was a Pagan and not a Muslim God, so to speak.
The Qur’an, in fact, states that the followers of Moses and the followers of Jesus who follow the adeen of Abraham are the true submitters (Muslims).
(Did you notice that the Qur’an says the followers of Moses and Jesus and not the followers of Moses, Jesus and Muhammad? I will let Muslims figure that one out for themselves. Why the followers of Moses and Jesus but not the followers of Moses, Jesus and Muhammad???
Most Muslims believe that Prophet Muhammad had always been a monotheist (in fact, Muslims would say that Muhammad was always been a Muslim and was never a pagan) from the very beginning. This is actually not true. Muhammad was an orphan who was brought up in a pagan society and hence children would always be influenced or indoctrinated by their elders as well as by society. This is inevitable.
However, the Arabian Peninsula already had Hanifis, Zoroastrians, Jews and Christians (alongside th followers of the 356 other Gods housed in the Kabah) at that time. Hence there was quite a (mix) of rojak religions in pre-Islamic Mekah although Allah was the ‘Chief God’ of the 360 gods (and who had three daughters). And the Hanifis, Zoroastrians, Jews and Christians were monotheists.
The Christian Trinity of The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit. (Christians today prefer to use the word “Holy Spirit” in place of the word “Holy Ghost” as the latter is an old English usage.) What the Quran condemned was the fake and counterfeit trinity of God, Mary and Son!
Christians believe in the Trinity of The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit but not the trinity of God, Mary and Son. So when the Quran directed its condemnation of the trinity of God, Mary and the Son, it obviously was not referring to the Christians.
So who did the Quran refer to when it condemned such a trinity of God, Mary and Son? Before the dawn of Islam, a heretical doctrine appeared in the fifth century AD. The adherents of this doctrine were heathens who embraced Christianity. As pagans they worshipped the planet Venus and said that it was “the queen of heaven.”After embracing Christianity they tried to associate what they had worshipped with Christian doctrine. They considered Mary as “queen of heaven” or “goddess of heaven” instead of Venus.
Consequently, they called themselves Mariamists. They were also known as the Collyridians (as they were also known as the cake-eater sect). They were mainly women. These women would adorn a chair or a square throne and spread a linen cloth over it for their ritual, and they would offer up a sacrifice of bread rolls in the name of the Ever-Virgin Mary, and all partake of this bread. They came to believe that there are three gods: God, Mary, and Christ.
This sect also believed that God took Mary to be his wife, had sexual relations in order to have Jesus their Son (God forbid such horrendous blasphemy!).The Christian Church fought against this heresy as soon as it appeared, opposed their teaching, and deprived them of the communion of faith and excommunicated all their followers. The Church confirmed its most holy belief that the blessed Mary is a human being and not a goddess.
“Then Allah will say, ‘Jesus, son of Mary, did you ever say to mankind, ‘Worship me and my mother as gods beside Allah?” (Sura 5:116)
“Lord, creator of the heavens and the earth, how does he have a son when he did not have a wife?!” (Sura 6:101)
This verse objects to the Mariamist teaching that Mary is a goddess that she became God’s wife, and that through her God had a son.“God is one. God the eternal, He did not give birth nor was He born, nor has He equal.” (Sura 112:1-4)This is the answer to the Mariamist doctrine which purported, “There are three gods – the Father, the mother and the son, and that this son came by procreation.”“Unbelievers are those that say, ‘Allah is one of three.’ There is but one God.” (Sura 5:73)This confirms what was said and denies what Mariamists purport – the existence of three gods!
The 99 Names of Allah (Arabic: أسماء الله الحسنى, translit: ʾasmāʾu llāhi lḥusnā) also known as The 99 attributes of Allah, according to Islamic tradition, are the names of Allah revealed by the Creator(Allah) in the Qur'an.
The 99 Names of Allah according to human effort by the will of Allah and taken from differing indirect verses in the Quran, are:
Allah, or God, in the Islamic perspective, has 99 properties or attributes — what Muslims would call the 99 names of Allah.
The most crucial attribute of all is that Allah is omnipotent. This means Allah is all-powerful and nothing is beyond Allah’s power. Probably the second most important attribute is that Allah is not born and Allah does not die. Allah is eternal. Even the Jews and Christians believe this.
Okay, if Allah is omnipotent and there is nothing Allah cannot do, can Allah commit suicide? Since Allah is eternal and cannot die, then logically speaking Allah cannot commit suicide. If Allah commits suicide then Allah will die, which means Allah would not then be eternal.
For the love of God. Oh God!!! Oh God!!! Oh God!!!
Of all the names or attributes or so call deities, which is the highest or the Most 'Holiest' Name of All?
According to Sura 5:73, those who say that Allah is one of three are “unbelievers”, so this excludes the Christians since according to Sura 29:46 the Quran says that the Christians are the “people of the Book” and not the “unbelievers.”
Thus, the Quran testifies that Christians, “people of the Book” worship one God.
“For sure you will find the bitterest enemies of those who believe (Muslims) are the Jews and those who are polytheists (who believe in many gods). And you will find the closest friends to believes to be those who said, “we are Nazarenes,” as among them there are pastors and monks and they are not proud.” (Sura 5:82)
It is clear that Nazarenes (that is, the followers of Jesus of Nazareth) are not polytheists, since polytheists and Jews are the bitter enemies of Muslims, but Nazarenes are their closest friends.
The Quran clearly testifies that Christians worship the one God and are not polytheists. The Quran do not accuse Christians of believing in three gods!
You can see clearly from this discussion that Islam did not fight the Trinity of Christianity, The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit. But Islam fights another trinity, the trinity of the Mariamist doctrine. They fight those who consider the blessed Mary a goddess who gave birth to Christ by means of procreation after God had married her.
The Trinity
The Hindus divided God into three deities: (1) Brahma, the Creator, (2) Vishnu, the Preserver and (3) Shiva, the Destroyer.
This led to idolatry and images being made out of these dieties and cults formed to worship one or the other of these gods (Akhbar, 1983, pp 52). The concept of god in Islam is such that Allah is ‘Unit and Indivisible’.
He is born of none and has given birth to none, there is no sharer in His authority and that He is the Creator, Nourisher, and Sustainer of all universe, and has full sovereignty over them and everything in them for destroying and recreating (Akhbar, 1983, pp 71).
Happy Birthday Messenger of God!!! Happy Birthday Son of God!!!
Malays celebrate Prophet Muhammad’s birthday just like the Christians do Jesus Christ’s birthday — though some say Christmas was a pagan celebration long before the coming of Christ and that Christ was not born on 25th December. But what is interesting, was Prophet Muhammad’s birthday celebrated in his time? Do other Muslim communities in other parts of the world celebrate Prophet Muhammad’s birthday as well or is this something just the Malays do? Where did this custom come from and is it something Malays borrowed from the Christians a la Christmas Day?
In paganism there is what is known as "Birth". And Birthdays are considered a pagan culture where it is a practice of offerings and gifts. “The giving of birthday gifts is a custom associated with the offering of sacrifices to pagan gods on their birthdays. Certainly the custom was linked with the same superstitions that formed the background for birthday greetings. The exchange of presents is associated with the importance of ingratiating good and evil fairies on their or our birthdays [ibid]. “The traditional birthday cake and candles also have their origin in ancient pagan idol worship. The ancients believed that the fire of candles had magical properties. They offered prayers and made wishes to be carried to the gods on the flames of the candles. Thus we still have the widely practiced birthday custom of making a wish, then blowing out the candles. The Greeks celebrated the birthday of their moon goddess, Artemis, with cakes adorned with lighted candles…” -[Should Christians Celebrate Birthdays?: Do Birthdays Have Pagan Origins?, Bob Theil].
Christ was never born on 25'th December and worse it was actually a celebration of a Roman festival of Saturnalia. December 25th was chosen to replace the pagan Roman holiday Natalis Solis Invincti (Birthday of the Unconquered Sun).
Luke describes shepherds herding in the neighboring fields of Bethlehem. Shepherds do not herd sheep during the winter. Thus, there is no way Christ could be born in December, the winter season. Please be reminded that Bethlehem is not England, Russia or Alaska. Bethlehem has a latitude of 31.7, almost similar to Dallas Texas on latitude 32.8 and it’s still rather comfortable outside in December. As the great Cornelius a Lapide remarks during his lifetime, one could see shepherds and sheep in the fields of Italy during late December and Italy is geographically to the north of Bethlehem.
Some Christians say that Christmas today is highly commercialized and even the greeting “Merry Christmas” had been replaced with “Happy Holidays.” Therefore, Christians want nothing to do with it. But that’s the same argument made by false religion that deny Christ altogether, as well as cults such as Jehovah’s Witnesses who deny His deity.
Those Christians who do not celebrate Christmas often see the occasion as an opportunity to proclaim Christ as “the reason for the season” among the nations and to those trapped in false religions. As we have seen, there are no legitimate scriptural reasons not to celebrate Christmas. At the same time, there is no biblical mandate to celebrate it either.
The Bible gives more focus on the death and resurrection of Christ rather than His birth. In the end, of course, whether to celebrate Christmas or not is a personal decision.Whatever Christians decide to do regarding Christmas, their views should not be used as a club with which to beat down or denigrate those with opposing views, nor should either view be used as badge of honor inducing pride over celebrating or not celebrating.
For Death shall be Honored rather that the Birth; Many Christians around the world observe Good Friday on the Friday before Easter Sunday. It commemorates Jesus Christ’s Passion, crucifixion, and death, which is told in the Christian Bible.

Why the need to celebrate birthdays? Since Death is good a true believer of God, a monotheism shall celebrate Death and it shall be term as Good Friday!!!
BOAC: Whipping their backs to a bloody state and nailing themselves to crosses, devotees in the fervently Catholic Philippines marked Good Friday with extreme acts of faith that have become tourist attractions.
In towns north of Manila at least five people were nailed to crosses, while in an island to the south hundreds of residents dressed up as Roman centurions as part of decades-old traditions in the Southeast Asian nation.
These customs flourish, although they are not officially endorsed by church leadership.
Can A God Die???
If Allah is not capable of committing suicide, then how does one explains how Allah can be omnipotent (have unlimited power) when there are still some things that Allah is not capable of doing? For Allah cannot die?
But according to a certain Faith a God died, so as to be a saviour of Mankind. God entered creation so as to be part of its creation. How Strange is that???
Halloween: Halloween, All Saints Day and All Souls Day.Honoring Death and the Celebration.
The Ghost Festival, also known as the Hungry Ghost Festival, is celebrated by the Chinese on the fifteenth night of the seventh month in the Chinese calendar. During the whole month, regarded as Ghost Month, it is believed that ghosts and spirits are able to exit the lower realm. For one day specifically, these spirits are given a full-day pass to pop in to visit their living descendants. For both Taoists and Buddhist this is seen as a solemn festival, and a day to ease the suffering of the deceased.
Throughout the month there are offerings made to the deceased and places are set at tables for dead members of the family. The burning of joss paper or paper money is also important during this festival. After the festival, to ensure the hungry ghosts have directions, people light water lanterns in the shape of a flower and float them in lakes or rivers to help lead spirits back to the underworld.
Mi último adiós
Farewell, dear Fatherland, clime of the sun caress’d Pearl of the Orient seas, our Eden lost!, Gladly now I go to give thee this faded life’s best, And were it brighter, fresher, or more blest Still would I give it thee, nor count the cost.
On the field of battle, ‘mid the frenzy of fight, Others have given their lives, without doubt or heed; The place matters not-cypress or laurel or lily white, Scaffold or open plain, combat or martyrdom’s plight, T is ever the same, to serve our home and country’s need.
I die just when I see the dawn break, Through the gloom of night, to herald the day; And if color is lacking my blood thou shalt take, Pour’d out at need for thy dear sake To dye with its crimson the waking ray.
My dreams, when life first opened to me, My dreams, when the hopes of youth beat high, Were to see thy lov’d face, O gem of the Orient sea From gloom and grief, from care and sorrow free; No blush on thy brow, no tear in thine eye.
Dream of my life, my living and burning desire, All hail ! cries the soul that is now to take flight; All hail ! And sweet it is for thee to expire ; To die for thy sake, that thou mayst aspire; And sleep in thy bosom eternity’s long night.
If over my grave some day thou seest grow, In the grassy sod, a humble flower, Draw it to thy lips and kiss my soul so, While I may feel on my brow in the cold tomb below The touch of thy tenderness, thy breath’s warm power.
Let the moon beam over me soft and serene, Let the dawn shed over me its radiant flashes, Let the wind with sad lament over me keen ; And if on my cross a bird should be seen, Let it trill there its hymn of peace to my ashes.
Let the sun draw the vapors up to the sky, And heavenward in purity bear my tardy protest Let some kind soul o ‘er my untimely fate sigh, And in the still evening a prayer be lifted on high From thee, 0 my country, that in God I may rest.
Pray for all those that hapless have died, For all who have suffered the unmeasur’d pain; For our mothers that bitterly their woes have cried, For widows and orphans, for captives by torture tried And then for thyself that redemption thou mayst gain.
And when the dark night wraps the graveyard around With only the dead in their vigil to see Break not my repose or the mystery profound And perchance thou mayst hear a sad hymn resound ‘T is I, O my country, raising a song unto thee.
And even my grave is remembered no more Unmark’d by never a cross nor a stone Let the plow sweep through it, the spade turn it o’er That my ashes may carpet earthly floor, Before into nothingness at last they are blown.
Then will oblivion bring to me no care As over thy vales and plains I sweep; Throbbing and cleansed in thy space and air With color and light, with song and lament I fare, Ever repeating the faith that I keep.
My Fatherland ador’d, that sadness to my sorrow lends Beloved Filipinas, hear now my last good-by! I give thee all: parents and kindred and friends For I go where no slave before the oppressor bends, Where faith can never kill, and God reigns e’er on high!
Farewell to you all, from my soul torn away, Friends of my childhood in the home dispossessed ! Give thanks that I rest from the wearisome day ! Farewell to thee, too, sweet friend that lightened my way; Beloved creatures all, farewell! In death there is rest !
Translated by Charles Derbyshire
“Mi último adiós” (Spanish for “My Last Farewell”) is a poemwritten by Philippine national hero José Rizal on the eve of his execution on December 30, 1896. Although the poem was untitled, this title served as an artifice useful as a quick reference. This poem was one of the last notes he wrote before his execution. Another that he had written before his death was found in his shoe but because the text could not be read it remains a mystery.
Goodbye Cruel World

To Die for a God as an Ultimate Sacrifice!!!
A Jihadist is a soldier of God. To deprive worldly needs. An ultimate sacrifice for the love of a Creator. A civil war on oneself; an act of self denial. A self sacrifice mode in a temporary place and time for a permanent place of the Afterlife somewhere in Space. And the wars go on with brainwashed pride For the love of God and our human rights And all these things are swept aside By bloody hands time can't deny And are washed away by your genocide And history hides the lies of our civil wars #war #jihad #jihadist
For War is Inevitable... Fight In the name of your God!!!
